[Reporter] What do you think is the biggest change in this year's China Construction Expo compared with previous years?

[Zou Wensheng] The degree of hot and cold and the trend of concentration are obvious. The popularity has a lot to do with brand orientation and industry orientation. This year, some influential brands and influential industries will be more concentrated and attractive.

[Reporter] This phenomenon is a good thing for the industry.

[Zou Wensheng] If everyone can calmly think about and analyze what kind of position they are in the industry, this is a good thing for the industry. If everyone is piled up, there is no brand concept and brand idea, then the industry will be empty. Heat, traps irrational development channels.

[Reporter] From the perspective of the entire home industry, there are more and more exhibitions of home building materials, more than a year. What are the requirements for Dinggu when choosing these exhibitions?

[Zou Wensheng] Dinggu often participates in the exhibition. We have to choose the exhibitions that match the brand of Dinggu. If it is not suitable, it will not go to the exhibition. The target group is not the same as the business philosophy and brand promotion concept. If the selection of the partner is also inappropriate for the brand, this has an impact on the effect of the investment.

[Reporter] Looking at the situation of the exhibition in the past two years, are you satisfied?

[Zou Wensheng] From the perspective of popularity and publicity, it is still good and can achieve the intended purpose. As of today, there are already dealers who are interested in joining, and there are dozens of dealers who have agreed to join Jinjin and Chengyijin, so the effect is good.

[Reporter] For this year's China Construction Expo, the top solid is also heavily invested, and the exhibition is also very stylish. For the buyers of the exhibition, or other purchases, what is their feedback?

[Zou Wensheng] Because the development history of the top solid is relatively long, everyone has a lot of expectations for the top solid. Every year, there are also some intelligent new products and newly developed products. This is a very good direction.

[Reporter] Everyone said that the environment in the industry is very bad now. Some companies have encountered some bottlenecks. What do you think about the current status of the industry? What is your deepest feeling?

[Zou Wensheng] From the perspective of the terminal, it is the development of the channel. The change of the channel is related to the big industry-led thinking. For example, some changes in the hardcover house require the construction of the enterprise terminal. Changes in channels require companies to adjust their channel strategies. To study these aspects of users, the demand for this product is different, and this should be adjusted.

The other is that consumers choose products that pay more attention to and improve the quality and quality of life. Therefore, product development pays more attention to their specific needs. Now it is not that the products developed by enterprises must have consumers to choose because there are many industries. There are many brands, and there is a lot of room for choice. Therefore, companies must grasp the needs of consumers more accurately, and then they can make some products that meet their needs. This also needs to work hard. We will further expand our own market and will bring these advantages out. Still on the front line of the market. On the one hand, we will recruit more partners who are in line with the concept of top development. When you are in a bad environment, or when business operations are in trouble. What do you think of the practice of layoffs?

[Zou Wensheng] The practice of corporate layoffs is to think of some conventional methods, but I think that each enterprise has different characteristics. Open source is also a way. It cannot be said that when the environment is not good, it cannot be open source, for example, expanding in the traditional market. Emerging channels, or some changes in sales methods, some of the product's strategy adjustments, these are some open source methods, not necessarily from the human aspect or the internal cost of the enterprise to make some adjustments.
