2. Uneven book thickness
(1) The first sizing wheel is too high, and the glue that penetrates the book pages is too much, which can reduce the position of the first sizing wheel.
(2) The back of the book is not milled and there is residual scraps of paper. First, check whether the milling cutter is sharp and check whether the left side of the milling cutter plate is lower than 0.05mm on the right.
(3) If the side adhesive layer is too thick, the baffle should be adjusted to control the sizing amount of the sizing rubber.
(4) The distance between the milling cutter and the bottom of the book is too large and should be adjusted to 0.7-0.9mm.
3. There is a gap between the back cover of the book and the adhesive layer
(1) Insufficient sizing or too little sizing, check the gap between the squeegee and the squeegee.
(2) The uneven glue or glue on the glue stick has not been scraped. Check if the glue stick is consistent with the inside and outside; check the contact between the scraper and the glue stick.
(3) Conformity of the slush bar does not meet the requirements and should be adjusted in time.
(4) The temperature of the glue stick and the glue liquid is low, check the heating tube, and increase the temperature of the glue liquid.
4. Inconsistent book back size
The two M12 socket head screws that connect the tray with the slide bar are loose, causing the copper clamp plate to be not parallel to the clamping plate on the large disc. Can be disconnected to connect the universal platform with the machine's universal joint, adjust the bevel gear meshing time, pay attention to the demolition before marking. In addition, the position of the platform can also be readjusted.
5. The back of the book is rounded
The position of the book in the book folder is too high, resulting in a too low position of the fact sheet in the trustee and the strength of the trust is too small. The position of the pallet in the second book setting agency should be reduced.
6. The back of the book is wrinkled
(1) The position of the book in the book clip is too high, and the position of the second falling book holder should be reduced.
(2) The clamping force of the copper clamping plate is too large and should be reduced appropriately.
(3) The glue temperature is low and the fluidity is poor. The temperature limit of the temperature controller should be adjusted to increase the glue liquid temperature.
7. The back of the book is broken or squeezed
(1) The height of the trust board is too high and the supporting strength is too large, which can increase the position of the pallet in the second setback institution.
(2) There is too much glue on the first glue wheel, and the gap between the first glue wheel and the scraper should be reduced.
(3) The position of the first glue wheel is high, the back pressure is too high, and the position of the first glue wheel can be adjusted.
8. The book block, book back by the edge of the board rough
(1) The position of the milling cutter head is low and the cutter head position should be increased.
(2) The cutter is too blunt, sharpening or replacing the cutter.
9. The book is left open or flipped
(1) The milling cutter is blunt and should be sharpened.
(2) The distance between the milling cutter and the bottom surface of the book clamp is too large. The position of the milling cutter disk should be increased.
(3) Copper clamp plate gap is too small, should be adjusted to book thickness minus 2mm, thick book can be appropriate to relax.
(4) The opening of the side rubber wheel is too small and the distance between the two rollers should be 2~3mm smaller than the book block.
10. The cover is skewed and the back word is not centered
(1) The cover opening material specifications are not accurate and should be operated according to the standard.
(2) If the upper cover mechanism is improperly adjusted, the distance between the two indentation wheels can be adjusted to make it consistent with the thickness of the book block, and the marks of the upper and lower indentation wheels can be aligned to prevent damage to the cover; the rear baffle should be adjusted so that the cover can be Front gauge contact; adjust the distance between the left and right baffles so that the center of the cover is in the center of the indentation wheel inside and outside.
(3) Adjust the tamping mechanism and send the glued book block to the position that has not been completely contacted with the cover; adjust the left and right levers so that the book mark aligns with the two indentations on the cover.
(4) Adjust the knurled screws on the left and right sides of the cover conveyor to ensure that the pressure of the two sets of rollers is consistent with that of the rubber wheel, and the cover conveying speed is consistent; push the cover to push the front cover of the platform, and the back gauge guarantees the cover Right and left consistent, indentation line consistent with the location of the package.
11. The back of the book is not clear
(1) Adjust the position of the indentation wheel so that the indentation line is located on the straight line where the back of the book intersects with the cover and the backing opening; ensure that the indentation round knife is sharp and adjust its height to make the mark clear.
(2) Adjust the clamping force of the copper splint to prevent the cover from wrinkling.
(3) If the bottom floor of the solid foundation is adjusted too high or too low, there will be back drapes and “steel wiresâ€, or the cover and the book backs are not true.
(4) Make sure that the milling back blade is sharp and that there is no residual paper scrap on the reverse side of the mouth.
