Sludge recovery, recycling and recycling of paper resources

In July 2011, Rongsheng Paper Company invested 31.66 million yuan to implement the paper sludge recycling project. After the papermaking wastewater passes through the air floatation tank, the mud is separated, and the fine fibers float on the water surface under the influence of gravity. These fine fibers can be scraped out and transported to the papermaking workshop as raw materials. Since the sludge recycling and papermaking project was put into operation for more than half a year, Lu Xianggen, deputy general manager of Rongsheng Paper, has calculated two accounts, one economic account and one environmental account, both of which are very cost-effective.

In Rongsheng Paper Industry in Pinghu Economic Development Zone, it was seen that a cart of fine fibers was being transported to the enterprise's papermaking workshop. These fine fibers came from the sludge in the papermaking wastewater, and now it has become the raw material for papermaking. This enterprise's sludge recycling project has been put into operation for more than half a year, and 9,000 tons of waste paper pulp can be reused throughout the year, increasing economic benefits by 8.03 million yuan.

New tricks for sludge recycling

For paper companies, sludge treatment is a problem. The amount of sludge produced after the treatment of a large amount of sewage is very alarming. Many enterprises once buried the sludge in the open air or even piled it randomly, causing secondary pollution of the sludge. At the beginning of last year, the Provincial Department of Environmental Protection formulated a five-year plan for the standardized disposal of sludge in industrial enterprises in the province. By 2015, in five industries of chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, leather making, and papermaking, key industries with an annual sludge output of more than 100 tons Enterprises must fully realize the harmless utilization and disposal of sludge.

At present, China's standardized treatment of sludge includes sludge incineration, sludge brick making, sludge solidification treatment, etc. However, environmental protection experts pointed out that these treatment methods are not once and for all.

Taking Rongsheng Paper as an example, the daily papermaking wastewater reaches 3000 tons, and the sewage is precipitated through the sedimentation tank and added with a large amount of sludge. 90% of these sludges are fine fibers. After the fine fibers are precipitated and filtered, they are used in cars Offshore landfill. This treatment mode is not environmentally friendly and has a high cost.

"If you keep these fine fibers and recycle the recycled paper, you can not only reuse the resources, reduce pollution, but also increase the efficiency of the enterprise." Lu Xianggen, deputy general manager of Rongsheng Paper, told reporters that the company specializes in Japan's paper industry. Company lessons learned. In July 2011, the company invested 31.66 million yuan to implement a paper sludge recycling project. After the papermaking wastewater passes through the air floatation tank, the mud is separated, and the fine fibers float on the water surface under the influence of gravity. These fine fibers can be scraped out and transported to the papermaking workshop as raw materials.

Economic and environmental accounts are very cost-effective

Since the sludge recycling and papermaking project was put into operation for more than half a year, Lu Xianggen has calculated two accounts, one economic account and one environmental account, both of which are very cost-effective.

According to the previous sludge treatment mode, Rongsheng Paper has to transport 25 sludge trucks every day, with a freight of 80 yuan per truck. The freight is calculated to be 720,000 yuan per year based on 360 days, and the filter press fee is 350,000 yuan per year. The cost of buying land for landfill is 300,000 yuan.

According to the data analysis of the sludge recycling project running for more than half a year, Rongsheng Paper can recover about 9,000 tons of fine fibers throughout the year. The current market price of waste paper is 1,500 yuan / ton, and the total annual revenue is 13.5 million yuan. Due to the deactivation of the filter press and the cessation of sludge transport, land purchase and landfill, the annual cost savings of 1.37 million yuan can be achieved; the interest generated from the implementation of the recycling project loan is about 3.04 million yuan, and the annual depreciation fee is 3.8 million yuan. Calculated in this way, the economic benefits generated throughout the year increased by 8.03 million yuan.

"All the papermaking sludge is recycled for papermaking production, and the recycling of resources is truly achieved. Not only has the quality of papermaking products not decreased, but various indicators have been improved, and the price has also increased!" Lu Xianggen told reporters that in addition, the air floatation pool The water that comes out is reused in the paper workshop to replenish and wash the water, which also reduces the company's water consumption.

It is understood that the current sludge recycling project is gradually being piloted in papermaking enterprises. It is believed that not long before the papermaking enterprises can achieve full utilization of sludge.
