[Zhou Tiebin]: Both years have been in a diminishing state, and the market situation is worse this year than last year. We used to have more than a dozen flooring factories in Changsha. At present, there are only a few of them, all of which have joined the decoration agencies. In recent years, the situation of the flooring associations is not good. Every year, there are activities for travel abroad. Sao Paulo is doing a little better at the moment, and this year is worse than last year. Now it is mainly wallpaper.

[Reporter]: Is there a sharp shrinkage in the flooring industry in Changsha ?

[Zhou Tiebin]: At present, the flooring industry is mainly at the price. The local flooring in Changsha, Hunan is hit hard by Wuhan and Shandong. It has formed a strong impact on the flooring industry and has reached the survival of the Changsha flooring industry.

[Reporter]: What is the reason for your analysis?

[Zhou Tiebin]: Their prices are very low, so low that you dare not think, Xi'an and Beijing and we have a big gap in the strength of brand promotion. I went to Xi'an this time and I feel more confident. Omega now has four stores in Xi'an. In May and August next year, two more stores will open, which is a hypermarket. There are also three Red Star Macalline, and the market there is better, and it can do seven or eight thousand a month. Changsha's flooring industry, I feel that I have to do a lot of work.

[Reporter]: How do you view brand marketing?

[Zhou Tiebin]: To be a brand is to start with our own internal strength. Now I feel that there are still many things to be done. I have to establish a system or a system, and also build a management network. And the system, the efficiency of the enterprise can be improved. In terms of system, it is mainly internal management. Family-style management brings many ills. Some managers play in the factory. If the family business can't break through this point, it will go to destruction. To be a brand is to do the service to do the details, such as packaging, is also a very important link, Guangzhou merchants still value this point, if you can not do this, it is better not to do the brand. Just do marketing and do OEM. Hunan has such a company.

[Reporter]: How is the acceptance of local brands in the Changsha market?

[Zhou Tiebin]: The acceptance is not good. The address of playing Changsha does not hit the address of Beijing, and the address of foreign countries is good. Some enterprises buy the land and there is a national exemption from the address of Changsha. This is related to the Chinese people’s consciousness. I don’t like what I do, and I like to go outside and import a circle.
