1. Level 1 maintenance

The first-level maintenance, that is, the daily maintenance, is the maintenance performed by the offset machine operator every day, and the operator must be required for each shift.

Check and lubricate the equipment before the shift, strictly enforce the operating procedures in the class, carefully clean and test the equipment after the shift, and record the operation status of the equipment on the handover shift. The first-level maintenance is the basis for the maintenance and maintenance of the offset printing machine. It is a regular work in the operation and has the same important meaning as the completion of the production task.

2. Secondary maintenance

The secondary maintenance is mainly based on the offset printing machine operator and the maintenance personnel, and the maintenance work is carefully carried out according to the requirements of the secondary maintenance rules. Secondary maintenance is a planned maintenance work that requires local and key parts to be disassembled and inspected as planned, including oil passages, cleaning and replacing oil filters, checking for wear, and maintenance of electrical parts. 3. Three-level maintenance

The third-level maintenance is mainly based on the maintenance personnel of the offset printing machine, supplemented by the operator. The maintenance work of the equipment is carefully carried out according to the requirements of the third-level maintenance. In addition to the three-level maintenance content, the contents must be electrically repaired and replaced with worn parts. Change oil for mechanical parts, refuel for motors, etc. After the third-level maintenance is completed, the maintenance personnel should fill in the records in detail and submit them to the workshop for acceptance. The inspection and acceptance documents should be submitted to the equipment department for filing. The main purpose of the three-level maintenance is to make the equipment meet the standard, improve and consolidate the equipment integrity and extend the service life.

The maintenance contents are as follows.

(1) Lubricate the paper feed suction linear guide with grease first, and check the linear bearings and guide rails for wear.

(2) Add oil to the central bearing of the swing paper stop at the front end of the paper feeding, because paper powder and paper wool are very likely to cause dry friction of the swing paper stopper due to lack of oil.

(3) Clean the paperboard, front gauge, paper dust and dirt at the side gauge; clean the front gauge electric eye, side gauge electric eye, over-head detection electric eye and ultrasonic double-eye electric eye with a soft cloth; one oil hole of the side surface AB surface Add oil lubrication.

2. Printing unit

The maintenance contents are as follows.

(1) The maintenance of the impression cylinder includes two aspects: one is to clean the roller surface of the impression cylinder, and it is not allowed to use strong acidic solvent (such as cleaning solution, wetting powder, rubber reducing agent, etc.) and ink cleaning agent, including Chlorine cleaning agent, etc.; the second is to clean the grease and dirt on the crepe shaft, check the crepe paper for deformation, grease the crepe tooth opener bearing, and apply the squeegee opening and closing dent.
