TYMK-750 die cutting and hot stamping machine

Brief introduction
TYMK-750 manual vertical foil hot stamping and die cutting machine is used for hot stamping and die cutting various paper, paperboard, corrugated board, plastic sheet (like PVC, PP). It adopts PLC program controlling system and stepper motor to control the foil stamping, feeding and collecting.
TYMK-750 is equipped with infrared protection device and automatic oil pump. The body of machine is made of high strength casting iron. The torque of flywheel is big with higher force of press.
According to the customer's different requirements, it can be equipped with CE safety guard device, honeycomb plate, pneumatic clutch or frequency convertor (speed adjustment).

Technical parameters Configuration features
1. The body of the machine adopts high strength casting iron made by resin sand casting.
2. PLC program controlling system with the function of delay, foil skip, and temperature control, high accuracy and easy operation.
3. Foil unwind speed motor, rewind speed motor and foil skip stepper motor, which make foil delivery accuracy and stable.

4. Web roll is made by aluminum alloy with special treatment. It is with character of light, high accuracy and long lifetime.
5. Heating plate (stainless steel) and 2 pieces heating zones (independent control).
6. The foil unwind can be drawn out which is convenient for unwinding the foil.
7. Honeycomb plate is optional

Warranty
Machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given thirteen months from shipment date. During this period, the seller will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine's quality, but the buyer must pay the courier cost. Parts damaged because of mishandling and consumable parts are not covered by any warranty.
