The original packaging used was a PE Pearlescent bottle with a grammage of 90g, which was monotonous and strong in industrial sense, and the raw material HDPE was increased from 7,000 yuan/ton to 11600 yuan/ton. From the perspective of overall packaging design, the content of the package determines the choice of packaging material, and the shape of the package determines the weight of the bottle-shaped material. Comprehensive consideration of the two determines the price of the package. Therefore, Longan Company adopted a PET-stained flat bottle as a new package with a grammage of 61g. Due to the relatively low cost of PET packaging, which has reached the cost of PE packaging two years ago, the new packaging has resulted in a reduction in the cost of product packaging.
