1.3 Film and glue preparation
The film pasting the window is made of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). The width of the film roll is generally 15-20mm wider than the window. Beforehand, according to the width of the upper window of the paper product, a good full-rolled diaphragm is mounted on the rack device at the tail of the host. The length of the diaphragm is generally 30mm longer than the length of the window.
Different diaphragms should be equipped with the appropriate glue, generally selected water-soluble white glue, glue should meet environmental standards, does not contain toxic substances and substances that will not harm the ozone layer. 2. Adjustment and operation
2.1 Feeding paper
After the paper products that need to be filmed after die-cutting and indentation are tidyed, they are piled on the paper-feeding table with the tilt of the feet, and the lower paper sheet is pulled out from the paper stack by the paper-feeding belt during rotation. As the feed belt rotates, the paper product enters the feed device after passing between the feed belt and the press wheel.
2.2 Conveyance of paper products
After the paper product enters the paper feeding device through the paper feeding belt, the paper product is conveyed forward by the pushing paper stopper on the chain and pushes the rear end of the paper product, and is sent along the upper and lower guide rails and the left and right guide guides that have been adjusted to a good distance. To the gluing device on the vacuum conveyor.
Due to the changes in the specifications of the processed paper products and the differences in the window positions, the necessary adjustment of the paper product conveying position is required.
Feed position adjustment
Select the position of the feed belt according to the shape of the paper to be processed, release the tension pulley of the feed belt, move the feed belt to the desired position and fix it.
Loosen the star handle on the roller frame and move the platen roller on the roller frame so that the transfer roller aligns with the platen roller and tighten the star handle.
Paper conveying position adjustment
When the film paper product adopts the push paper stoppers on two conveyor chains to push the paper products at the same time, or when there are two push paper gauges, the screws on the sprocket wheel can be loosened, and the chain is pulled by hands to move the empty sleeves. The sprocket idling on the driving shaft can drive the paper jam block on the chain to move back and forth, so that the gear can be adjusted to a suitable position for pushing the paper jam and then the screws can be locked.
2.3 Adjustment of glueing device
Adhesive adjustment
Loosen the two star-shaped handle screws and rotate the two handles on the left and right sides of the small wall plate at the same time to adjust the gap between the rubber roller and the glue roller. The handle rotates upwards, the gap between the two rubber rollers is small, and the amount of glue is small. Conversely, when the handle is turned downwards, the amount of glue is large. After adjusting to the proper amount of glue, tighten the star-shaped handle screws.
In order to prevent the glue on the glue roller and the rubber roller from condensing during shutdown, a motor is provided on the glue roller. When the host machine stops, the motor starts the glue roller and the roller to continue to rotate.
2.4 Glue
The delivery of the paper products at the gluing and foiling station is carried out by 11 flat belts with holes.
