3 Too much dust adheres to the ink surface after dusting.

4UV Varnish has a low viscosity and the coating is too thin.

5UV Varnish has large surface tension and is poor in wetting, leveling and lipophilicity.

2, elimination method

1 For products subject to UV polishing, the same considerations should be taken before printing to avoid the use of ink auxiliaries that are repelled with UV coatings to prevent waxes, silicon and other anti-stick materials from migrating to the surface of the ink.

2 Before printing, the printing ink is fully dried and clear of dust.

3 The primer with better lipophilicity can be used to prevent the ink from repelling and improve the adhesion of UV varnish and ink.

4 It is often a practical and effective method to wipe the anti-sticking layer that migrated to the surface of the ink with gauze, but it is necessary to pay attention to the best edge treatment and not to re-stack.

5 Select UV light oil with good wetting and oleophilic ability, and make UV light oil coated properly.

6 Prints using UV inks, water-based inks, and solvent-based inks are not prone to the above failures.
