The basic pumping and performance of the “print paste” is mainly designed for lithographic offset printing presses, medium and high-grade resin offset printing inks and printed aluminum foil paper. It is based on the status quo of aluminum foil printing, focusing on the use of inks. It has found out its evolution from the connection of physical phenomena and chemical phenomena. It takes a corresponding measure on the physical properties and chemical properties of the paste to make the paste In the combination of ink formulation, inducement factors are generated, and the ink is induced to change in a favorable direction. In the entire selection of the printer, the following effects are produced during the moment of inking of the aluminum foil paper until it is completely dried:

1. Regulate the rheological adaptability of the ink in the printer stroke, suppress the ink from drying in the medium term, and maintain the benign transfer and transfer of the ink.

2. In the thermal action of the ink, gradually release and volatilize most of the low-viscosity phase "solvent", the ink will gradually thicken and thicken, and the adhesion will be enhanced until it is transferred and embossed on aluminum foil paper. Large stickiness, but can still maintain the clear ink lines, complete edges of the prints, and the flat print and full print quality due to the effect of the paste.

3. Strengthen the force between the ink and aluminum foil surface molecules (secondary binding force) and accelerate the fixing speed of the ink layer.

4. Immediately after the ink layer is firmly fixed, the paste immediately produces an anti-sticking effect.

5. Because the high-speed fixing of the ink layer has created good conditions for the medium-term drying time, it has sufficient physical changes in the film formation period. Therefore, after the layer is completely dried and filmed, there is no anti-sticking and crystallization phenomenon.

In summary, this paste is mainly aimed at the two major difficulties existing in the printing of aluminum foil, namely, the dirty and dry nature of the printed product. In order to effectively resolve these two difficulties, the following points should be taken into account when using full-color printing paste:

1. Paste is mainly applied to lithographic offset printing machines. The type and speed of the printing machine are not limited. It can be applied from the monochrome machine to the six-color offset printing machine. In addition, it can also be used for aluminum foil products printed by letterpress printers and stickers printers.

2. Paste is mainly used for resin-based fast-setting bright offset inks and resin-based fast-drying (fast-fixing) offset inks. In addition, "special ink" can also be used.

3. Due to the quick dryness and strong sensitivity of the printing paste, the dosage of the paste should be applied according to the actual situation. When using the ink as 100%, the proportion of ink added to the ink should be controlled between 8% and 9%. When you have not obtained the best data, you can start with 8% and gradually increase the amount.
