Small format offset press

China's small format offset press can be divided into four categories: desktop offset press, monochrome light offset press, multi-function offset press, and heavy commercial offset press.

Monochrome Light Small Offset Press: The monochrome light small offset press is a small offset press with a relatively simple structure, but high quality prints, good quality and performance, high speed, and simple operation. The initial design was for high-end office light printing, and some customers used short-run, fast monochrome commercial printing. Only a few foreign manufacturers such as Japan's Yoshiaki, Hamada, Eastern Airlines and U.S. Aibodi are still producing light-colored monochrome offset presses. There are only a handful of manufacturers and products that can produce light monochrome offset presses in China. The YK series of Yingkou Guanhua still maintains a relatively large amount of production, and it has always had an absolute advantage. So far, Yingkou Guanhua 1800 offset press has put more than 20,000 units on the market.

Multi-function small offset press: Multi-function small offset press is based on the light monochrome small offset press. It has been expanded according to the needs of the printing market, such as adding the regular color printing function through the bridge, plus two color heads to achieve two-color printing. Function, plus number machine to achieve number (straight, horizontal) pressure line (straight, horizontal), resin printing, cutting and other functions, it can achieve high-quality fast monochrome printing, but also to meet the user Functional needs. Multi-function printers are generally used in the short-run fast commercial printing field. Foreign multi-purpose offset printing presses have also been classified into the category of light monochromators. Currently, small-area offset press manufacturers are still producing such equipment. Among them, the most famous ones are the Liangming Company and the Japanese Hamada Company. In the peak period of development of China's multi-functional small offset printing press, the vast majority of more than 30 small offset press manufacturers have participated in the competition of the multi-functional small offset printing press market, which is the fiercest competition in China's printing press industry. At present, in the domestic market, the famous manufacturers of multi-function offset presses include Wei Haitian, Yingkou Guanhua, Weihai Printing Machine, Weifang Huaguang, Beijing Second Printing Machine and Beijing Diversified. These five companies occupy the domestic multi-functional small 80% of the offset press market. Among them, WH47 series products of Wei Hai Tian Tian and YK4700 series products of Yingkou Guan Hua are among the best in many domestic multi-functional small offset presses in terms of technical level, quality stability, and performance cost ratio.

Heavy-duty commercial offset press: Heavy-duty commercial offset press is a pure-use small-format printing press. It has the structural features of a large printing press. It adopts Feida's continuous feeding structure, especially paper conveying structure adopts the delivery of paper. The transmission of the tooth row, the high printing speed, the quality of the printed matter, and the satisfaction of the user's various functions are the ideal equipment for commercial short-run printing. At present, the world's only manufacturers of heavy-duty offset presses are Heidelberg in Germany, Japan's Yoshiaki, Japan's Hamada, Japan's Ebara, Germany's Rota, and Czech's Adast. Heavy-duty small format offset press itself is a high-end printing press. In China, there are not many manufacturers that produce such high-end heavy-duty printers. Yingkou Guanhua's YK5200 is a commercial heavy-duty small-format printer. It is also a multi-function small offset printer. It can be said with certainty that the YK5200 is the small offset press with the highest grade in terms of technical quality and stability.
