FMS's BKS010 series of ultra-compact film roll guides can be adapted to a variety of different narrow-web film processing requirements, including tapes and diaper pads. The company says the product is easy to install and comes in three different wide format sizes: 3.9 inches, 5.9 inches, and 7.8 inches. Using a standard 1.4 inch diameter aluminum roller, the correction capacity is 0.2 inches and the rapid correction rate is 0.6 inches/second. The product is equipped with supersonic and optical edge sensors, a built-in positioning controller, and a tethered outer frame design. At the same time, the device also has a CE mark.
