1. Inoculate the transfected cells into a 6-well plate at a certain ratio (generally two gradients of 1:10 and 1: 100 are used), and use G418 at 1200mg / ml, 1000mg / ml and 800mg / ml for screening ;
Transfect cells carrying EGFP plasmid vector as a positive control, and cells without transfection plasmid vector as a negative control;
2. Change the fluid every 3 to 4 days;
3. After 20 to 30 days of screening, you can get a stable expression cell line;
4. After passage, maintain the culture with a certain concentration of G418;
