Energy-saving hydraulic cement production process

The partial pressure of carbon dioxide is maintained to prevent thermal decomposition of calcium carbonate, dehydration and oxidation, and the use of clay phase and its latent hydraulic calcium compound are simultaneously activated without formation of free calcium oxide surface.
Compared with the cement produced by ordinary methods, the cement produced in the Ming Dynasty has a compressive strength of 10 Mpa or more for 1 day and a compressive strength of 45 Mpa in 28 days. This process not only significantly saves energy, but also significantly reduces the environmental pollution caused by dust.
