Clever rules

Calibrating staff in the actual work of the amount of rules is too much trouble, need to use one foot on one side of the amount, very inconvenient, and the accuracy is not high, resulting in long-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation on the health of the operator. In order to protect the operator's health and improve product quality and work efficiency, we have tried to make lithographic printing rules. The specific practice is to use the printing material of 92cm'76cm and the printing standard of 7 cm as an example:
1. Get a 50cm new plexiglass ruler.
2. Use SO film to copy two 46cm-long female rulers.
3. Copy 7cm long negative film ruler three.
4. Wash and dry.
5. The 46cm long ruler (ie, 1 to 46cm from the left and 1 to 46Cm from the right) was spelled with two 46cm cavity rulers copied from the victim.
6. Then fight 7cm straight on the left side of the straight spell, 7cm straight on the centerline, and 7cm straight on the right.
7. Then in the film below the left and right rulers fight a signal strip as a mark for the quality of inspection printing, such a negative chart printing rules can be completed.
8. With the spelling of the negatives, copying the rules and printing the sun-curing rules can be used for positive printing.
Through our practical work, we prove that the improved printing plate has the following advantages:
1. Double ergonomics.
2. The operator's exposure to UV light is reduced by half, which is beneficial to the operator's health.
3. It is simple to make and easy to operate.
4. Improve the quality of printing.
5. The use of signal strips can further detect the quality of each process and is conducive to plate-making data manipulation.
