The information display of the operation panel of the screen FT-R3050 imagesetter is divided into two categories, one is the prompt message to remind the operator what to do next; the other is the error message, when the imagesetter fails, it will When this type of information appears, we will briefly introduce these two types of information.
Prompt message
1. Set film Mag .: This message indicates that there is no information strip pasted on the feed clip, or the information strip is damaged. This information bar is included in the random attachment of the FT-R3050 imagesetter. Just select one of these information bars from the information bar of class F (P and D are not guaranteed registration accuracy mode) and paste it. When the feed clip is installed, frequent rubbing of the information bar can also cause damage to the information bar, and the information bar needs to be replaced when this information appears. In addition, when the information bar is replaced, this message still appears. You can try to wipe the sensor window next to it. It may be that the sensor is not sensitive due to long-term falling dust. If there is still a problem, it may be the sensor is damaged, the connector is loose, etc., it is best to contact professional maintenance personnel for repair.
2. Set collect box: This information can only be seen on the imagesetter that uses the receiver to receive the film, indicating that the receiver has not been installed. In addition, the situation of needing to find professional maintenance personnel for repair is the same as above.
3. Set sub-stacker: This message appears to indicate that the attached clip is not installed or the door outside the attached clip is not closed. Reinstall the attached clip and close the door.
4. Change Col. Box: This message prompts you to change the receiver. When the receiver is full, the machine will prompt this message. At this time, take the receiver to punch the film, and then put an empty receiver. That's it.
5. Change Sub-stack: Replace the attached clip. After the machine cuts the film, the film does not enter the punching machine, but falls into the attached film holder. When there are many films in the attached film holder, this message appears and it is necessary to take out the films in the attached film holder. If the film often falls into the attached clip after cutting, the user should check the reason, the machine may have a problem during the film. In addition, it is recommended to regularly check the attached film clip and take out the waste film, so as not to affect the normal operation of the machine when it is too much.
6. Please cut film: There is a film that has been exposed and not yet cut in the machine. When the user prepares to upload or unload the film, this prompt appears on the display, asking the operator to cut the film.
7. Please set film: When the user replaces the film (that is, after the film feed clip is removed from the imagesetter and then reinstalled), the display prompts that the exposed part of the front end of the film needs to be cut off, and then the film is placed to the exposure position.
8. Film empty1 and Film empty2: The two tips are that the receiver is empty and there is no film, so just replace the film. The display screen prompts this message when a new film is loaded, indicating that the front end of the film is not in place, and the film needs to be sent forward.
9. Shut the door: This information indicates that one or more of the front cover, upper cover, and side door of the machine are not closed.
10. Width not enough: This prompt indicates that the size of the output file exceeds the size that can be output by the imagesetter, and the size of the file needs to be reduced.
11. AFP power off: This information is only used for models with a connected punching machine, indicating that the punching machine is not turned on, and the imagesetter will not work properly at this time.
12. AFP not ready: This information is the same as above, and it is also used in the model with a wire connection to remind the operator that the punching machine is not ready. At this time, the film processor may be processing the film, or it may not be long after the film machine is turned on, and the temperature of the fixing solution is less than the temperature that can be processed normally. Wait for a period of time. When the filming machine shows that the height of the fixing liquid is not enough, or there is no replenishing liquid, etc., the imagesetter also displays this information, check the operation panel of the filming machine, and process according to the display.
13. AFP error: When the filming machine is faulty, the phototyper will display this information. The user needs to deal with the specific situation of the filming machine.
14. Change film Mag .: This prompt requires the operator to take out the film feed clip and replace the photosensitive material.
15. Change to A mode: This is to remind the operator that the exposure length in B mode is insufficient, and the output in A mode should be used instead. The screen FT-R3050 imagesetter has two modes: A mode and B mode. The size of the output file in mode A is slightly larger, but it is not guaranteed that the four-color film can be registered, and the size that can be output in mode B is smaller. Each output cannot exceed 1.15 meters, but the registration accuracy is guaranteed, so when the file size is too When it is large, the B mode cannot be output normally, and the A mode output is required, so the user needs to consider the output size of the imagesetter when designing the page.
16. Puch dust full: This message reminds the user that the container of punched waste is full and needs to be cleaned. This only occurs in imagesetters equipped with punching devices.
17. Stop: This indicates that the stop button was pressed during the exposure of the imagesetter, so this message appears. During the exposure process, the operator should prevent others from inadvertently pressing the stop button.
