Abstract: The high-temperature cooking composite film is mainly used for manufacturing high-temperature cooking bags. The high-temperature cooking bags have a long shelf life and are easy to use at room temperature, and have always been popular with people. At present, the sales volume of high-temperature cooking bags is still growing rapidly at an annual growth rate of 15%, and the market potential for product development is large.

Usually at a temperature of 85 °C, all pathogenic bacteria will be killed, but the most dangerous botulinum and spore bacteria to be killed at l35 °C, l0 minutes, so the adhesive required for the production of composite film can be L35cc high temperature. Polyurethane adhesives have good adhesive properties, and are generally preferred as retort-retardant adhesives, but their disadvantages are that they are easily hydrolyzed under high temperature and high humidity to reduce the adhesive strength. Therefore, how to improve the high temperature resistance of polyurethane adhesives and the hydrolysis resistance under high humidity conditions is the key to the development of high temperature resistant cooking polyurethane adhesives. We have developed a lamination adhesive product that can resist high temperature cooking at l35°C. It is widely used in the composite processing of ET, CPP, nylon film and aluminum foil. It has stable product quality, excellent high temperature resistance, good resistance to content, High labor durability, good health and safety. The glue has been used in large quantities by a number of manufacturers, and the user response is good.

The high-temperature cooking laminating adhesive products produced by me are solvent-based two-component polyurethane adhesives, and the product code is PU-4256/DK-4206. The basic physical properties are shown in Table 1.

1, high solid content, low viscosity

From the data in Table 2, it can be seen that the viscosity of the retort-resistance laminating adhesive products produced by me is only 7 lOmPa·S at a solid content of 60%. This characteristic allows the adhesive to be coated at a higher solid content. , thereby reducing the amount of diluted solvent used to help reduce production costs and increase production efficiency.

According to the data in Table 3, when the working concentration range of the retort-resistance lamination adhesives produced by me was adjusted between 25% and 46%, the dry-base coating amount was controlled at 3.5g/m2--5.0g/m2. Cable roller can choose 90-l 50 mesh. For most manufacturers, different coating requirements can be applied without having to replace the original coated wire roller.
