Action 1: Narrow grip bench press

Action 2: Sit-up barbell arm flexion and extension

Action 3: Triceps down

Action 4: Weight-bearing bench arm flexion and extension

Biceps training:

Action 1: Standing barbell curl

Action 3: Alternate hammer curl
