If the printing must be completed immediately, the curved cardboard can be picked out and placed in the final printing, and the selected curved cardboard can be classified according to the degree of bending and the direction of bending. When printing curved cardboard, the speed should be reduced, the cardboard in the same bending direction should be printed from light to heavy, and the phase of the printing cylinder of each printing unit should be adjusted in time according to the actual color registration;
If necessary, cardboard strips can be added on both sides of the printing plate;
Without affecting the printing effect and the quality of the carton, the paperboard with more severe bending can be folded back and forth along the pressure line to reduce the bending degree of the paperboard.
