Accuracy (resolution): The photo machine accuracy is generally 720DPI. The index describing the accuracy of inkjet printers generally uses dots per inch, that is, DPI (Dotsperinch), the accuracy is determined by the nozzle. The current market's mainstream accuracy is 600DPI or 720DPI. Accuracy is limited by computer processing speed, storage capacity, picture source, inkjet material, ink, etc. It is meaningful to follow the development of these technologies. It is sufficient for the actual application of 600DPI to 720DPI. Now. Higher accuracy may be just a product selling point. In fact, many users of advertising are using 360DPI, 540DPI, and 720DPI8PASS is the highest output mode. When you go up, you must use original consumables to reflect the subtle details. The improvement of print quality is not obvious, but the printing speed will be different. Consumables cost: The direct cost of inkjet printing consists of ink, substrate, nozzle wear, lamination, and reject rate. Consumable cost usually refers only to the sum of the first four items. The ink consumption of different brands and types of inkjet printers is different. It is estimated that the ink output per unit area of ​​HP and ENCAD is greater than that of ROLAND and MIMAKI, but the price of compatible ink is also slightly higher. Generally speaking, ROLAND The cost of using MIMAKI is still lower than that of HP and ENCAD. At present, ROLAND and MIMAKI use compatible ink at about 8 yuan per square meter, because compatible ink is a key to lowering the cost of printing. The compatibility of ink is also the key to determining scrap rate and head loss.

Color: The color is not as bright as possible. The quality of the color depends on the size of the color gamut that can be expressed and the consistency of the color gamut (uniformity in color gamut). The quality of color should be divided into two kinds of indoor and outdoor situations to analyze and judge. In general, the indoor ink has a large color gamut, and the inkjet effect is more brilliant, while the outdoor ink is darker and grayer.

Outdoor anti-ultraviolet performance: This performance is mainly determined by the ink used, the original ink of each manufacturer is basically not universal, so the anti-ultraviolet performance of different ink printing effects of each machine is not the same.
