According to the purpose and quality of raw materials, each corrugated board is divided into superior products, first-class products and qualified products. Among them, premium products are corrugated cardboard for export goods and valuables; first grade products are corrugated cardboard for domestic sales, and qualified products are corrugated cardboard for short-distance, low-cost packaging.

5.2.4 Appearance of corrugated cardboard: The surface should be smooth and clean. No material or thin edges are allowed. The trimming edges should be neat and firmly bonded. The sum of the degumming parts should not exceed 20 cm2 per square meter.
6 Test methods 6.1 Samples taken and processed according to the provisions of GB/T 450 and GB/T 10739;
6.2 Determination of thickness according to the provisions of GB/T 6547;
6.3 The length and width dimensions shall be measured with a steel tape measure or ruler with an accuracy of 1 mm;
6.4 side pressure strength according to the provisions of GB/T 6546;
6.5 burst strength according to the provisions of GB/T 6545;
6.6 Adhesion strength according to the provisions of GB/T 6548;
6.7 The delivery moisture of corrugated board can be measured with a quick moisture analyzer or according to GB/T 462, but no constant temperature and humidity treatment is required;
6.8 The quality of the appearance of corrugated board is assessed visually.
7 Detection Rules 7.1 The number of one-time delivery is one batch, and the sample unit is Zhang;
7.2 The supplier shall ensure that the factory's products comply with the requirements of this standard, together with a quality inspection certificate;
7.3 Settlement inspection sampling plans shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2828. The classification, inspection level, sampling plan and AQL of the sampling items for delivery shall be carried out in accordance with Table 3;
7.4 When judged according to the provisions in Table 3, if there are Class B and Class C unqualified at the same time, under the premise of meeting the Ac, Re judgement value of Class B unqualified products, if the sum of Class B and Class C nonconformances is equal to or less than If the Ac value of a Class C non-conforming product is judged as a batch pass, if it is greater than that, it will be judged as a batch unqualified or a second sample will be determined, and the determination method will be the same after the determination;
7.5 The acquirer has the right to conduct inspection according to this standard. 8 signs, packaging, transportation, storage.
8.1 The packaging and marking of the product shall be in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 10342 or agreed upon by both parties;
8.2 Transport, cover, rain, moisture, and clean transport must be used.
8.3 The storage location should be kept dry and ventilated away from the fire source. The long-term stacking should be 100mm higher than the ground. Avoid rain, exposure and pollution, and prohibit the extrusion of large items;
8.4 The storage period of the product after delivery is generally not more than six months.
