Everyone knows that P2P is a transmission method of a streaming media system, which is mainly used for the transmission of video information on the public network to provide online viewing services for thousands of clients with a small amount of public network bandwidth. At present, the P2P streaming media publishing platform is becoming more and more mature, but the front-end encoding method is still more serious. For example, the single-machine encoding efficiency is low, the encoding machine is too many, and the amount of maintenance is large. The following we use a network TV platform to establish a P2P video service platform Application requirements:
1. Provide standard WMV encoding for existing P2P platforms, and provide data sources for P2P servers with MMS, RTST, and HTTP data streams.
2. Transmit the domestic satellite TV channels to the Windows Media Services (hereinafter referred to as WMS) through the use of a stand-alone multi-coding workstation to collect and encode the multi-channel analog TV signals. The WMS provides the MMS network data stream to the P2P service platform.
3. Since the live broadcast service is provided on the public network, it is necessary to ensure the image quality and control the network traffic. The video image format: 640 * 480 and the code stream size: 300kpbs ~ 512kpbs.
4. Encoding can also add video information subtitles, station logo customization and other functions.
5. The system supports multi-task recording, and the recorded files can be directly edited by a third-party non-editing system.

According to user needs, we use the AV signal obtained by the cable demodulator and the digital TV through the signal demodulator, using the AVCaster Century Sunflower multi-channel encoding workstation to collect and encode in real time. WMS server, WMS provides WMV encoded MMS, RTST, HTTP data stream to provide data source for P2P server; upload live broadcast source and record the program as WMV standard streaming media format for later editing.
