Netstal-Maschinen AG Launches SynErgy Injection Molding Machine

Netstal-Maschinen AG introduced a high-performance SynErgy injection molding machine for thin-wall packaging containers.

In this SynErgy 1750-600 injection molding machine, Netstal will exhibit a typical application of this series of injection molding machines. The 2+2 cavity stack provided by Hong Kong's Nypro Tool will produce 125 grams of thin-walled food containers. The high-speed movement and high plasticizing ability of the machine and mold make the production cycle less than 2.5 seconds. The equipment for controlling the mold temperature is supplied by ef cooling Ernst H. Furrer AG, Switzerland, and the raw material conveying equipment is provided by Motan Singapore Ltd.

The demonstration at the Chinaplas will once again prove that Netstal's Support Concept can successfully implement application and production technical consultation. Experts from Netstal's headquarters in Switzerland, Netstal Shanghai, and other Netstal subsidiaries and representatives will brief customers on machine purchases and ensure their cost-effective production. Netstal can also provide engineering solutions and complete production systems if the customer needs them.

Since the official opening of the Netstal subsidiary in Shanghai in the fall of 2005, Netstal customers and partners in Asia have now been able to get fast, comprehensive services. Netstal China has a modern office area in Shanghai and a showroom that displays all of Netstal's series of injection molding machines. This allows interested customers to verify the performance of the Netstal injection molding machine on site and new customers can receive on-site training. Netstal China also has a spare parts warehouse to ensure fast and effective after-sales service.
