In order to prevent the temperature in the working chamber from being externally induced, the temperature and temperature sensitivity are affected. Precautions

1. Start the turntable, and its number of revolutions should be controlled at 15±0.2 rpm.

2. The temperature control is at 163±0.5°C. The digital display value of the temperature controller has a slight difference from the thermometer index value in the oven. The thermometer value in the oven should be used. If the temperature display value does not match the dial switch value, Adjust the knob on the rear of the instrument to "+" or "-" to make it consistent.

3. Regularly check the lubricating oil in the gearbox.

Operating procedure

1. Start the power supply, use the heating "I" file when warming up, and set the temperature controller to the required temperature. When you want to reach the required temperature, change the heating "I" file to "1/3" or "2/3". "The gear position until the thermometer hanging inside the oven indicates a temperature of "163 ± 0.5 ° C" balance.

2. According to the test method, weigh a certain amount of asphalt sample, put it into the shrinkage sample bottle, and then evenly place it on the turntable. When there are less than 8 bottles containing the sample, the empty bottle should also be installed symmetrically.

3. Start the air compressor to supply air to the oven. When the specified time is reached, stop heating, turn the turntable, and then open the studio door to take out the bottle.

Instructions

1. Power supply equipment: An overloaded safety device should be installed in the power supply line for the purpose of this box. And has a good grounding device.

2. Leveling the oven: rotate the turntable on a horizontal plane. The angle of inclination with the horizontal plane when rotating should not exceed 3 degrees.

3. Temperature correction:

A. Install the thermometer (the bottom of the thermometer mercury ball is about 6.4mm away from the turntable surface) and calibrate the electrical contact thermometer to the required temperature of 163 °C.

B. Turn off all switches on the power strip, plug in the power plug, and turn on the power switch.

C. Point the 3-stage transfer switch to the position of 1. When the temperature of the whole working chamber rises to the required temperature (163 °C), check the working thermometer reading, and adjust the contact temperature of the electric contact to obtain the correct temperature of the working chamber. Roughly estimate the constant temperature of 1300 watts at 163 °C. At this time, the 3-stage transfer switch should be pointed at 2/3 (1600w). The whole studio should be under the control of the electric contact thermometer for 15 minutes, which can measure the asphalt film.

4. Place the sample dish containing the sample on the turntable, turn off the oven, and rotate the turntable. The constant oven temperature is 163 °C.

5. During the operation of the box, the indoor lighting should not be opened at will, so as not to affect the stability of the studio temperature.

6. After the completion, each switch must be cut off.
