First, the host maintenance:
1. The fixtures equipped with the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil;
2. Since the jaws of the hydraulic universal testing machine are often used, they are easy to wear. When there are too many scales, it is easy to cause small pistons to leak oil. Therefore, the jaws should be cleaned frequently and kept clean (it is best to clean them after each test). );
3. The sliding surface of the inlaid steel plate and the lining plate and the dovetail groove surface of the lining plate should be kept clean, and a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) grease is regularly applied;
4. Regularly check the screws on the jaws. If loose, find them in time;
5. Regularly check the transmission condition of the sprocket. If it is found to be loose, re-tension the tensioning wheel;
Second, control system maintenance:
1. Regularly check whether the connection line of the rear panel of the controller is in good contact. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time;
2. If there is a long time without the machine after the test, turn off the controller and the computer;
3. The interfaces on the controller are one-to-one correspondence, and the wrong interface may cause damage to the device;
4. The interface on the plug-in controller must be powered off.
Third, the maintenance of the oil source:
1. Regularly check whether there is any oil leakage at the main engine and the oil source. If there is any oil leakage, replace the sealing ring or combination pad in time;
2. According to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil, periodically change the suction filter and filter element, and replace the hydraulic oil.
3. When not testing for a long time, pay attention to turning off the power of the host. If the machine is in standby mode, the transfer switch should be in the "loading" position, because if the transfer switch is in the "fast retract" position, the electromagnetic reversing valve is always energized, which will affect the service life of the device.
