J4102 offset printing press failure

All the above-mentioned process overhaul and replacement still cannot solve the problem. Now only the replacement of the printing plate gasket is performed. After the replacement, the trouble is eliminated.
Observe carefully and compare old and new woolly things found:
The old woolen cloth is not very soft and has no traces of water. It may be damp. As the moisture is more severe, the softness of the woolen cloth becomes worse after drying, and the plate is used in the printing due to the effect of local hard pressure. The slight speed difference between the two rollers causes the plate to wear out and fall off.
It can be seen from the above phenomenon that the printing materials should pay attention to the ambient temperature and humidity during storage, otherwise it will cause great losses and prolong the printing cycle.
