Adjustments during the ink transfer process include: adjustment of the ink delivery volume of the ink fountain, adjustment of the contact force of the ink transfer roller, and adjustment of the contact pressure of the inking roller.
1. Adjustment of ink output of ink fountain
The adjustment of the ink fountain ink output includes two aspects, one is to change the gap adjustment between the ink fountain roller and the ink fountain blade; the second is to change the size of the ink fountain roller corner.
The gap adjustment between the ink fountain roller and the ink fountain blade includes manual adjustment and electric adjustment. The manual adjustment uses the forward and reverse directions of the screw to change the gap between the ink fountain roller and the blade. The electric adjustment is performed by a remote control device. The general ink fountain seat is equipped with a row of piano-type iron plates, and the surface is covered with a hard plastic sheet (some machines do not install a plastic sheet), and the plastic sheet has elasticity to prevent ink The front end of each iron plate is equipped with an eccentric roller. The support rings on both sides of the roller press the plastic sheet against the ink fountain roller. The ink fountain seat is equipped with 30 to 32 eccentric rollers. The width of each eccentric roller About 30 ~ 32mm, when the servo motor receives the signal from the console, the mechanical structure changes the gap between the eccentric roller and the ink roller, so when the ink fountain roller rotates, it drives the ink to squeeze the plastic sheet, forming different ink layers according to the gap size The thickness is attached to the ink fountain roller, and the ink leveling mechanism is input through the ink transfer roller. The feature of this structure is that it can correctly limit the position of each ink supply area, preventing the adjustment of one ink area from affecting the amount of ink supply to the adjacent ink area. The plastic sheet is subject to constant friction and easy to wear and needs to be replaced regularly.
2. The contact force adjustment of the ink transfer roller
The contact force of the ink transfer roller of a domestic offset press is generally adjusted by the direction of the tension spring and cam. Changing the magnitude of the spring force is a simple operation, and adjusting the contact pressure according to the cam's turning is in accordance with the general regulation.
3. Contact pressure adjustment of the inking roller
The contact pressure of the inking roller is divided into two parts: one is the pressure adjustment of the inking roller and the inking roller; the second is the pressure adjustment of the inking roller and the plate cylinder. Generally, the pressure adjustment of the inking roller and the inking roller depends on the eccentric mechanism The pressure adjustment of the inking roller and plate cylinder is based on the slope principle. The adjustment of the contact pressure of the inking roller is usually based on the indentation value of the inking roller on the printing plate or inking roller, and sometimes steel is usually used for accurate adjustment. The film is inserted between the inking roller and the printing plate or cross-ink roller, and the pressure is judged by the feel. Most imported machines use paper strips to test the magnitude of the contact pressure, the method is the same as the method of adjusting the water roller. Then adjust according to the "+/-" mark of the adjustment pressure handle. Turn the handle in the "+" direction to increase the pressure between the ink roller; turn the handle in the "-" direction to reduce the pressure. The pressure adjustment of the inking roller is very important, so you must pay attention to the following points:
(1) In the adjustment step, generally adjust the pressure between the inking roller and the inking roller, and then adjust the pressure between the inking roller and the plate cylinder.
(2) When adjusting the pressure of the inking roller, the pressure can be corrected on the printing plate that is no longer used. If adjustment is needed during the printing process, the measurement should be made at both ends of the printing plate or the blank part of the trailing edge.
(3) The pad thickness of the printing plate should meet the requirements to avoid the change of the contact pressure between the inking (water) roller and the printing plate due to the inappropriate pad thickness.
(4) Strict attention must be paid to the symmetry in each adjustment direction and the consistency of the pressure to ensure that the axes between the inking roller, the inking roller and the plate cylinder are parallel, and the pressure is uniform.
(5) The indentation width of the four inking rollers of J2205 machine on the printing plate is 6, 5, 4, 3mm or 5, 5, 4, 4mm in order (this value is for reference only). The indentation of the four inking rollers of CD-102 machine on the printing plate and the indentation of the inking roller are 4mm.
4. Adjustment of the landing mechanism of the inking roller
According to the process requirements, the inking roller has three situations: one is to follow the roller separation and pressure, the inking roller automatically disengages or contacts the printing plate; the second is to manually disengage the inking roller from the printing plate when the roller is pressed; three After the cylinder is depressurized, the inking roller is manually brought into contact with the printing plate.
The automatic landing mechanism of the inking roller is controlled by a mechanical mechanism or a pneumatic mechanism. Regardless of which mechanism controls, the magnitude of its landing range is basically adjusted by the top screw on the landing gear, and also by the eccentric mechanism. of.
The adjustment of the contact pressure of each water roller in the water delivery process is similar to the adjustment method of each ink roller.
