Inflatable bag stop valve

Inflatable bag sealing valve is composed of upper and lower air valve membranes, and a plurality of heat-resisting printing plates are arranged in the middle. The air valve is composed of an upper valve film and a lower valve film, and is clamped at an appropriate length. The aforementioned upper and lower films are disposed across the entire inflatable package. At the air valve formed by the upper and lower air valve membranes, a mesh-like hot print point is provided as a mechanism for intake and stop of air in each air chamber. The reticulated hot-printed dots have a circular or other shape. A heat-resistant printing is disposed between the upper and lower air valve films, which is located right at the air inlet and is also disposed across the entire air-filled package 1. The upper air valve film and the lower air valve film are made of plastic or plastic film. The design of the inflatable bag stop valve in the imprinting chamber heat seal line will no longer occur and other issues such as alignment, can increase the production speed, while improving the product pass rate, and greatly reduce the bottom manufacturing costs.
