Keep the printing shop environment suitable and stable
The main factors that affect the normal operation of electrical systems are high temperature, high humidity, dust, electromagnetic interference, etc.
1 high temperature
Excessive temperatures will accelerate the aging of electrical components and shorten the life of electrical components. Auxiliary equipment such as alcohol cabinets, central air supply cabinets, and infrared drying cabinets of the printing presses are all large heat sources, which may cause the temperature of the electrical system to become too high. Therefore, install exhaust heat sinks for these devices to maintain the appropriate temperature (22 ~ 28 °C) in the printing shop.
2 high humidity
When the humidity is too high, once the temperature changes, it is easy to form condensation on some electrical components, which are mixed with dust, which can easily lead to short circuit or open circuit of electrical components and damage electrical components. Excessive humidity can easily rust individual parts and cause functional failure. The relative humidity of the printing shop should be maintained at 50% to 70%. The printing companies in the South must pay special attention to this point.
3 dust
Due to the fact that the paper is powdered and lint-free and the powder is used, the printing shop often has more dust, which can easily lead to poor contact of electrical components and cause the failure or damage of electrical components. The installation of cleaning devices and the timely removal of dust are very important for ensuring the normal operation of electrical systems. It is worth noting that the dust cleaning work of the electrical system must be performed after the power supply is cut off.
(1) Cleaning up the main control cabinet
The vacuum cleaner can be used to first suck the surface dust in the main electric control cabinet, and then the dust on the surface of the electrical components can be blown away with a blower device, and the circuit boards can be removed and cleaned out when necessary. When cleaning, do not allow the vacuum cleaner and the air blower to contact the components, and do not blow the circuit board with high-pressure air to avoid damaging the components.
(2) Cleaning console
Heidelberg CP2000 console is equipped with a computer, easy to attach dust near the computer cooling fan. The dust in the place should be cleared in time according to the specific conditions of the workshop. When cleaning, if the console is within the warranty period, the computer seal should not be dismantled. If it is dismantled, Heidelberg will cancel the relevant maintenance guarantee.
(3) Cleaning up each operating unit
There are many switches, solenoid valves, servo motors and other components on feeder parts, receiving parts, and printing units. Clean up relevant parts in time to keep these parts away from ink, oil, dust and other attachments, so as not to affect the normal operation of the operating unit. For example, penetrating the ink in the ink tank can cause the motor in the ink area to malfunction or even be damaged. Too much dust in the delivery chain can cause blockage of the oil line, alarm due to poor oiling, and increased wear of the track and chain.
(4) Main motor
The end of the brushless DC main motor is equipped with a grating encoder. After the dust enters, it will cause coding confusion and malfunction of the main motor. The raster disk must be cleaned at this point, and care must be taken when cleaning it to prevent damage to the raster disk. Too much dust accumulates in the main motor, which can lead to poor heat dissipation, resulting in high temperature of the main motor and damage to the insulation layer.
In addition, it should be noted that any damage to electrical components needs to be replaced in a timely manner, and the temporary method will never be adopted. For example, damage to the safety switch of the protective cover may result in serious safety accidents and personal or equipment accidents.
4. Electromagnetic interference
The printer should be kept away from strong electromagnetic radiation equipment such as high voltage transformers. Because the strong electromagnetic field will interfere with the electronic control system, especially the computer, the main motor drive board and so on, affect its normal work. Heidelberg press power supply requires three-phase four-wire, 380V AC, and the fourth line is a ground wire (not a neutral and ground wire), this line requires a strict reference to "electrical standards" as a grounding cable. In addition, Heidelberg press power supply system is strictly prohibited from any external electrical equipment, otherwise it may affect the normal operation of the electrical system.
Pay attention to routine maintenance of ancillary equipment
The routine maintenance of the printing press ancillary equipment is closely related to the normal operation of the electric appliance system. The auxiliary equipment of the printing press includes central air supply cabinet, alcohol cabinet, compressor cabinet, infrared drying device, UV drying device, powder spraying device and so on.
1 Central gas supply cabinet
Clean the dust in the cabinet and the strainer on the air supply door and the corner filter sponge on both sides of the cabinet. Because its motor is a high-speed motor, if the filter device is blocked will cause poor suction, thus increasing the air pump load, resulting in motor overheating, motor drive components overload, resulting in shortened motor life; the bottom of the motor for the M5 compression pump, subject to regular inspection And refueling (100 oil).
2 alcohol cabinet
The maintenance of the alcohol cabinet should do the following.
(1) Clean the condenser cooling fins regularly and use high-pressure air to blow the dust between the cooling fins (be careful not to damage the blades, otherwise it will cause the refrigerant to leak).
(2) Regularly clean the alcohol-absorbing device (including vacuum float, water inlet, and alcohol access).
(3) Regularly clean the main water tank, intermediate water tank and upper and lower water pipes, and replace the filter in time.
(4) Periodically clean the plate heat exchanger, add 3% to 5% citric acid solution and run for 2 to 4 hours.
(5) The filter tank of the alcohol tank water supply line must be installed and cleaned regularly.
3 compressor cabinet
Although the compressor cabinet is not required to install exhaust air discharge channels, its internal high-efficiency scroll compression pump has relatively high requirements on the environment, and it should ensure that the compressor cabinet is clean and ventilated. The compression pump needs to be refueled regularly, otherwise the life of the compression pump will be greatly shortened. If the lack of oil will cause damage to the pump body, the air pressure will not reach the start-up requirement. It is worth noting that this oil is special oil for Heidelberg, not oil.
4 infrared drying device
Due to the proximity to the delivery area, the infrared drying device can easily adhere to a large amount of dust. Therefore, the dust in the control cabinet and the lamp drawer unit should be cleaned in time. Otherwise, the dust will shorten the service life of the infrared lamp and the heating unit. The water circulation system plays a cooling role in the drying device, the water pressure is too low, and the infrared drying device will stop working. Therefore, check the pressure gauge regularly to ensure that the water pressure is normal.
5 powder spraying device
The dusting device is located inside the delivery unit. Check its air pump filter and conveyor belt regularly and clean the filter.
