The delegates listened to the six theme reports arranged by the meeting. The theme report of Mr. Nuediger Nebel of German SORG company entitled “Optimum Design and Performance of New Glass Furnace†addresses the two major themes of “Energy Saving and Emission Reduction†faced by the global glass industry, from the reduction of NOX and CO2 emissions to the optimization of glass. Furnace design and application of total oxygen combustion technology were discussed in several aspects; Zhang Guoxiang, chief technology officer of the glass division of Shenzhen Tongpin Packaging Group Co., Ltd., comprehensively analyzed the reasons that affect the life of the glass melting furnace used in daily use, and how to extend the life of the furnace. , raise glass quality and other issues, put forward in the kiln design, selection of refractory materials, masonry installation and kiln and other aspects of the corresponding countermeasures; Ruitai Technology Co., Ltd. General Manager Feng Zhongqi, deputy general manager Liao Jiaozhang on " The influence of the structure of the glass phase on the exudation performance of the fused cast refractories" and the "energy saving technology of glass melting furnaces and refractories" are discussed. The revision of the Material Standards was explained to the participants and comments were solicited; Professor Liang Dehai, Technical Consultant Committee of the China Daily Glass Association, introduced the main contents of the “Basic Rules for Design of Household Glass Furnacesâ€. At the same time, Long Xicheng, the general manager of Dujiangyan Ruitai Technology Co., Ltd., briefed the delegates on the R&D achievements of the company's new composite sand mold.
The meeting also arranged panel and light glass experts and representatives to discuss the issues surrounding energy conservation, emission reduction and optimization of furnace design, reducing production costs and energy consumption, and improving the quality of glass products.
During the meeting, the delegates visited Dujiangyan Ruitai Technology Co., Ltd. and fully affirmed the production and processing quality of the new composite resin sand mold technology and fused cast refractories.
