The tube sterilizer is mainly used for sterilization and cooling of various concentrated fruit pulps and various sauces. The touch screen operation is fully automatic and has self-cleaning and reverse cleaning systems.

The device is a horizontal heater with 12 stainless steel tubes. The outer casing is made of carbon steel. The steam chamber is formed between the heating tube and the outer casing. Glass wool is filled between the outer shell of the steam chamber and the outer packaging to form an insulating layer, which is beneficial for sterilization. Operation points

1. Active and standby work before operation:

(1) Check that the material piping is installed tightly.

(2) Disinfect the storage tank with steam.

2. Operating procedures:

(1) Open the milk cock, open the four-flow cock, and turn on the centrifuge.

(2) First pass the clean water, open the steam valve, and gradually increase the water temperature to about 85 °C, add milk to drain the clean water, and then transfer the discharge pipe to the milk tank for use.

(3) During normal operation, the steam pressure should be kept at 0.05~0.1 kg/cm2 (gauge pressure). At the time of production, the steam pressure should be changed and adjusted at any time to avoid internal scaling.

(4) Adjust the feed and discharge cocks to ensure the sterilization effect.

(5) When the use is about to be completed, fill a small amount of clean water in the cylinder to discharge fresh milk, close the steam valve, discharge cock, and rinse with clean water.

3. Cleaning:

(1) After the temperature inside the pipe is lowered, remove the pipe of each material, the thermometer and the sealing plates at both ends, and clean it with steel wire (nylon).

(2) After cleaning, install the sealing plates and pipe fittings at both ends in turn, pay attention to the flow direction of the sealing plate channel.

(3) The plug housing should not be mistaken when paired with the core to prevent leakage.
