Plate making problem
1, overprinting is not allowed
1) When imposition, if the position between the graphic or the rule line is improperly matched, it is very difficult to achieve accurate overprinting during printing. Therefore, the imposition accuracy should be maximized, and the high magnification magnifying glass is especially required for imposition.
2) The number of times of printing is high, which is easy to cause poor overprinting. Generally, when the sun is only used once, the overprinting is not allowed, but it is not the case when it is printed many times. If you have to make multiple prints, you must use a platen for partial exposure.
2, virtual version
If the PS version is not closely attached to the film photosensitive layer, it will cause a virtual version (virtual network), and the printed plate may have ghosting and blurring problems. In this case, you can turn the PS version to an angle, then pad a few sheets of paper under it and extend the exposure time.
3, the network is reduced
Generally, it is caused by excessive exposure, high developer concentration, too long development time, and high development temperature, and the corresponding treatment method can be adopted.
The small dot is lost, and the poor density in the field is generally caused by insufficient film image density and overexposure. The corresponding processing method is to recopy the film and shorten the exposure time.
4, the print is dirty
It is usually caused by insufficient exposure, insufficient or excessive development, developer failure, yellowing of the film, or fog. The corresponding treatment method is to increase the exposure time, select the appropriate development conditions, replace the new developer or recopy the film.
Ink problem
1, flying ink
The ink scatters from the ink rollers in a mist.
Cause: The viscosity of the ink is too large: the ink is too long and too soft; the ink stores static electricity and attracts the opposite charge in the dry air.
Solution: Reduce the viscosity of the ink, add appropriate amount of debonding agent; reduce the fluidity of the ink; reduce the printing speed: install a static eliminator on the printing machine to reduce the static electricity.
2, sticky
The back side of the print is stuck by the front ink of the next print, or the ink on the impression roll is transferred to the back of the other print.
Cause: The ink has poor permeation and drying, or the curing is too slow; the amount of ink is too large; the surface of the paper is poorly adsorbed. Solution: Improve the osmotic drying and coagulability of the ink: appropriately reduce the amount of ink; use absorbent paper.
