Die cutter installation precautions
There are various types of die cutters, and the operator should select a suitable die cutter according to different die cutting requirements and different types of corrugated cardboard boxes. When selecting a die cutter, two types of die cutters can usually be considered:
a) For E, B, C, and A corrugations, it is best to use a 12-tooth die cutter to facilitate saw tooth cleaning.
It is recommended that the height of this die cutter is 25.4mm (special attention should be paid to the ratio between the indentation and the height of the die cutter).
b) For EB and BC corrugations, it is preferable to use 8-die die cutters because the die cutters must ensure a strong penetration force to penetrate the corrugated cardboard box more to reach the liner of the die-cutting press roll.
It is recommended that the height of this die cutter be 26.1mm.
Most of the cutting board operators will install the cutting knife in their own way. We need to remind that if the operator has not learned the installation knowledge of the cutting knife, he should pay special attention to and understand the cutting knife.
