About the exhibition

Co-organized by the Vietnam Furniture Association and the Singapore Pablo Group (Asian Plates and Furniture), Shanghai Pablo Exhibition Co., Ltd. The two most influential brands in the wood and woodworking industry in Southeast Asia have teamed up to bring you the first Vietnam Weifa Woodworking Machinery Show.

The first Vietnam Weifa Woodworking Machinery Exhibition was located in Pingyang. Pingyang is surrounded by Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai Province and Beihe River. With its strategic location, it aims to create an industry event that cannot be missed in the woodworking machinery industry, opening up possibilities for your business in Vietnam.

60% of the 4,000 furniture factories and wood processing plants in Vietnam are located in a 40-kilometer area around Longan, Pingyang, Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City. Direct access to more than 1,500 companies that need new equipment to expand their production capacity.

Vietnam's timber raw materials imports in 2015 were US$2.1 billion, and total wood products exports increased by 10.7% year-on-year to US$6.9 billion. This upward trend is expected to continue this year. In 2016, wood products exports will rise by 10.2% to reach US$7.6 billion. With a capacity of 700,000 cubic meters of medium density fiberboard in 2015, Vietnam will be the focus of the next plate product.

Over the past decade, Vietnam’s phenomenal growth has made it a strong competitor, with the intention of replacing China as a world manufacturing powerhouse. Foreign direct investment hit a record high in 2015 and will continue to climb in 2016. The drivers of growth include: a stable, far-sighted government that encourages innovation and investment, rich raw materials, a young and skilled workforce, and convenient transportation by land and sea to South China.

1 fascia board (the company name does not exceed 20 English characters)
24-hour security cleaning service

Light booth (minimum 18m2)

The bare floor booth price includes only booth reservations and a list of exhibitions.
General construction and dismantling services are subject to a fee of $3 per square metre.

*Note:

If the exhibitor does not need any of the service items included in the standard booth or special booth, the booth price will not change and there will be no alternatives. Additional items such as furniture and appliances can be rented by filling out the form in the Exhibitor Service Manual, but the form must be sent back to the organizer by the specified date.
