Riding two runs is a new sport derived from the three sports. In the two endurance races, the runners complete three runs of running + biking + running, and determine the player's performance according to the completion time. The POWERMAN biathlon is the world's best brand event. It has held single-race competitions in 19 countries around the world. The annual Switzerland Zufengen POWERMAN Championship is the crown jewel of the series. .

In 2017, POWERMAN will once again debut at the Asian Bicycle Show, and will hold “Running, Riding, Running†indoor experience activities to promote riding culture and disseminate healthy riding concepts so that more people will experience the unique charm of riding and running.

Activity Rules:
1. Experience activities are conducted in small groups. Each group consists of two people, in turn, in the order of junior group - intermediate group - senior group.
2. Each group of runners must first run on a treadmill - ride on a bicycle rider - and return to the treadmill to continue running.
Junior group: 1 minute running, 3 minutes riding, 1 minute running;
Intermediate group: 3 minutes running, 5 minutes riding, 3 minutes running;
Advanced group: Running for 5 minutes, riding for 10 minutes, running for 5 minutes.
3. Each of the three groups defines five groups of experience places each day.
Precautions:
1. Participants must be between 18 and 45 years old and have no history of heart disease, hypertension, etc.;
2. Participants must bring their own sports shoes (sandals, slippers, leather shoes and other non-sports footwear cannot participate in activities);
3. Participants must follow the arrangements of on-site staff, otherwise they will be disqualified.

Injectable Dermal Fillers provide a minimally invasive approach to reducing facial lines and wrinkles and restore volume to the face. A recent study suggests that dermal fillers provide varying degrees of lifting and volumizing effects for each patient.
Scans were taken of the cadavers after dermal fillers were injected and showed significant increases in local soft tissue volume in central areas of the face. By targeting these areas, the facial injections provided local lifting effects, however, the benefits were extremely localized with no accompanying regional effects. But, when dermal fillers were injected in lateral areas such as the temple, mid-face, and jawline, the fillers not only created localized lifting but also regional lifting in neighboring areas of the face.
With these findings, plastic surgeons are seeing the importance of combined injection techniques to provide larger benefits for their patients. For example, if a plastic surgeon added a deep filler injection and a temple injection, the technique provided an additional 17.5 percent increase in lifting the temple, plus a 100 percent increase in lifting the jawline.
