Technics of Our mattress topper:
1. Spreading the fabric and cutting the cloth for appropriate attrition
2. Ironing the fabric and sewing the baffle
3. According to customer's request to cut appropriate size mouth for filling materials
4. Piping: You can choose self piping, German piping, ribbon piping, satin piping
5. To turn the fabric over and stitching the two baffle together
6. Stitching: Double needle stitching with 0.1+0.3cm
7. Filling with duck feather and down
8. After stitching the filling mouth, Inspecting weather there are thread residue, spot, floating line, breakage, skipping line, appearance difference
9. If passed, then will take feather mattress topper into package. The packing method can base on your requirement.
